Dear Darwin & Laura Lee,
Hello! I'm writing to touch bases with you on the questionnaire (subscription form) you sent that I filled out and sent back to you on 11/15/05. Along with some other things, articles, etc.... It's been almost 30 days and I have not gotten a response or a note saying you received anything! I've been looking forward to your current newsletter, but that hasn't even came. So could you please let me know what, if any, the problem is? Plus in a letter prior to my second one I had some questions -- No answers on them either! So what further things do I have to do?
Thank you for your help and time on this matter! I hope to hear from y'all soon. Sincerely, Robert Goldman

We don't notify anyone through the US mail that we have received anything they have sent to us unless we are answering their letter. We also wish we were able to answer all letters within 30 days of receiving them. Depending on how far behind we are it might take a lot longer than that. There is a lot of work to do and few workers. Newsletters only come out every 2 months and sometimes they may be late. Your questions were answered in the letters section of Issue #31.
