I did get your form a few days ago; as you can see, they changed my address again. This prison complex is a CITY, (scary, for the public), which has many different prisons within, and each apparently has a different address. On June 15, evil prison employees threw me in the hole with malicious, invented reports so I have been without water since (but a few sips and it just makes me too sick to tolerate), vacillating between extreme dehydration/starvation and the gross, terrible chemical reactions of trying to ingest the chemical laced water and GMO-chemical loaded, irradiated counterfeit food. (About 99%+ is now GMO here.) It's a very trying experience where death is often a comforting concept in comparison.

The guards who belong to violent street gangs here, have confiscated my parole legal files and aim to destroy it along with all my legal files and personal property; so I'm not sure if I'll ever get the chance, consequently, to get my parole challenge in the courts. The last 3 parole hearings, since 1994, the demonic prison people shut off all court appeals by confiscating and disposing of the parole case files while I tried to work on them.

Just before I went to the hole I made an amazing discovery. I found in the statute I'm sentenced to prison under, that the sentence (according to the statute passed into law) is not a "15 years - to-life" sentence at all, but is only a 15 years sentence, period. (Plus 2 for the gun used in self-defense.) 17 years, minus 5+ years good time credits; my sentence was fully served in 1994. When I took this info to my prison "case worker" to correct and set me free, (to begin that process), she instead wrote a false accusatory report to send me to the hole, indefinitely. All my addresses and stamps and envelopes have been confiscated, so I'm out of contact with almost everyone. If anyone wants to send stamps now is a time I really could use some. But if you put the word out, please state to NOT send money in any form to me ever in prison. Not only do the prison people simply steal 100% of it, always, but I get penalized and debited almost $8's in postage I lose, each time that happens. Money can be sent for me to Gayle, if people want (I sure can use it for food and such when/if I get out of the hole), but Gayle is moving, presently in route, and won't have a permanent address for a few more weeks. (And her phone number is changing too).

I will try to update you if I survive this cachexia torture - I really may not.

I'm again (12th time) in a dangerous position of kidney failure and death from dehydration and starvation, which is what they do to me when they put me in the hole. I guess the next 1-2 weeks will determine if I survive or not. The California prison people murdered a man named Singh 2-3 years ago this way, and a girl named Joyce Beasea this way in 1993. They keep trying to make me next. Please put out prayers for me.

But I cannot respond to anyone, unless they send SASE because the prison people have stolen all my envelopes, stamps etc.; and within days I may not have the capacity to respond anyway.
