July 6, 2007--Thomas Mann
Prayers are requested for Thomas Mann a Faithful Servant in Messiah. This coming Tuesday he will be having Surgery on his Spine and even though the Doctor tells him that it is a common procedure, Tommy is an Elderly Gentleman and asks prayers so that there will be no complications and he'll be able to have the pain stabilized that he's been suffering for some years now. Cards or letters of encouragement will be greatly appreciated for his Wife and Family. Gladys Acosta
July 9, 2007--Larry Graff
Larry Graff is requesting prayers for a hernia. Please pray for Larry's complete healing.
July 15, 2007--Prayer Request Directives
When you send out "Prayer Requests & Updates" to this list, be sure that you have permission from the sick person to do so. This is a "Public" prayer list and once you send a prayer request to this list, we cannot make it "UnPublic". We do not store the archives to this list on our server. We go through another server. Immediately when you send an email prayer request to this list it goes into the archives and is posted on our Web Site. We also print these prayer requests in our newsletter and once they are in print they cannot be taken out. All of our newsletters are posted on our Web Site and are part of a "Public Record".
We have sent many past warnings in regard to this, but those warnings do not work if people don't read them when they are sent to them. Nor do they work if people refuse to follow our directives in regard to this matter.
Our directives would be as follows: Ask the sick person before you send out a prayer request. Ask the sick person before you send out personal information in regard to their illness or injury or before you send out their address to numerous people. If you are not sure, use only the persons first name in your prayer request. As long as you let us know where to send any cards that come to us for the sick person, you can use our address to collect and forward cards to the sick person or you can use your own address to collect cards for the sick or injured person. July 15, 2007--Arlan Weight
Latest heart attack: Thank you very much for your card and the others sent to you on the list. It was nice of you to do so. I'm in a state of recovery, although at this time I feel as good as I ever did. That may be deceiving, as I'll be finding out more next week as to what they're going to prescribe for on going work. I please ask your continued prayers and thank you very much for them. Arlan Weight
