Oh Great Jehovah all praise and glory belongs to you in the name of your son Jesus Christ my living saviour who sits at your right hand with angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him. You alone are holy and I give my thanks for your great mercy and loving kindness towards me.  I don't have many friends since I decided to persue the righteous path so now that my vacation has come around there isn't much to do apart from joining a gym.  Unfortunately, I haven't had much exercise over the past year and was experiencing great trepidation about attempting to workout after such a long time; and with good reason too.  Years ago I attempted to do similar and became very ill pushing myself further than I should have.  I'm convinced that were it not for the grace of God, I would not have survived to tell the story. But, I knew I had to start somewhere so I prayed, before leaving home, that I wouldn't be pushed beyond my limits by the trainers.  And, true to form, my heavenly saviour, Jesus Christ in his mercy shifted things in my favour and I was able to have my first workout with a trainer who was easy on me while still providing a challenge.  Yet still, I know that I was only able to make it to the end by the loving kindness and mercy of my holy Father. Glory to his name. I also offer him my thanks and highest praise in advance for the conversion and salvation of the souls of my family members and my friend, who I know will soon be a loving, faithful, righteous servant to our Mighty Father and a loving, faithful husband to me; he can be no good to me until he's acceptable in God's sight and all of my hope is in the Lord. So I trust him completely as I wait with great faith in his wisdom, loving kindness and mercy for the wondrous works of his mighty hands.  To our only wise and holy God be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever in the name of Jesus Christ his son! Amen! (Sent by Unknown)
