There is no God like my divine creator and the works of his hands are so wondrous as he continues to bless us even when we are so undeserving. So I praise and worship him for the great mercy he has shown my family and me in the name of Jesus Christ his son and our risen Lord who sits at his right hand in Heaven. Last Wednesday, after moving in three weeks ago, my recently wedded brother's new home was burgled while he and his wife were away at work. A door was utterly destroyed and money and items of great sentimental value were taken; causing the entire family great grief. The loss that grieves my brother to tears most of all is that of his computer and server that held all his precious wedding pictures that he hadn't yet printed, pictures of his first home during it's construction, apart from financial details and work assignments. Yet, I am thankful to our Great and merciful Heavenly Father for so many things. I am so grateful that no one was home at the time of the incident and the damage wasn't any worse. I thank God in the name of Jesus Christ for this incident that has made us aware of the vulnerabilities in security of our own homes; even the police officers were concerned. But I give thanks and praise to our glorious Lord Jesus most of all that no lives were lost. My heart goes out to my brother and his wife and I pray to our Holy King Jesus Christ for his intervention in the matter and I believe in faith that my brother's precious memories and personal information will be restored to him swiftly. I know that only God knows and sees all and I praise him in advance for leading the police to where the stolen property is. I am so grateful for the infinite mercy, lovingkindness and wisdom he has shown my family and me and I trust him as I wait in faith for this great miracle. Glory to God in the Highest! Oh Almighty Father in heaven, you are God forever and ever and I rejoice in your holy name! I praise you in the name of Jesus Christ your son who sits and your right hand in heaven. I can't get over how wonderful you are to my family and me! Since I my brother moved out of the home, I've had to adjust to getting around especially to and from work by public transportation. By the grace of my holy saviour Jesus Christ the transition was a smooth one except that on some occasions the weather or just traffic can make things a little tricky. Last week was one of those occasions where I just seemed to run late no matter how I tried. I waited at the road side for much longer than ususal with no sign of transport in sight until I simply concluded that I was going to be late for work, but praise the Lord none the less for his peace that hadn't left me just yet that I could trust him and place it all in his hands. It wasn't a minute later when a mercedes benz pulled up and the driver motioned for me to get in. Cautious at first I struggled to recognise who offered through the tinted glass. I discovered he was a church member who just happened to be passing through at that time and insisted he drive me all the way to work - even though I asked him not to allow me to put him out of his way. In the end I arrived to work even earlier than I could have hoped to on my own. Praise be to Jesus Christ, my King of Kings and Lord of Lords! And I offer my thanks and praise to him for all his great mercy, lovingkindness, wisdom which is more than I could ever ask for. I also offer my thanks and praise in advance for the conversion and salvation of my family members and my friend Marc, who I know will soon be a loving, faithful, committed, devoted, righteous servant to God. Oh Holy Mighty God, you are exaulted on high and you are indeed worthy of all praise! Hallelujah! In Jesus' precious and holy name... Hosanna in the Highest! (From the Internet)
